Where is my order?
As soon as your payment is accepted, your order will be prepared and shipped within 24 working hours, depending on your geographical area and package volume, you will receive your delivery within 24/48 additional hours (i.e. 48/72 hours between your order and delivery).
Are the products available? If not, how long for restock?
The product availability is displayed on the website. If any are out of stock, please send your request to: serviceclients@girard-sudron.com

Where can I get my products assembly instructions(s)?

How can I see the retail price of a specific reference?
After logging into your account, you will be able to see the retail price as well as your discounted price on the website (if you have a professional account)

Can we order individually or is there a MOQ?
Products can be ordered individually except in specific cases.
What is the minimum order to get free delivery ? What is the minimum to order?
150 € excl. Tax for professionals, otherwise 10 € shipping
How much are the shipping costs?
For professionals: € 10 shipping costs if the order total is less than € 150 excl. Tax.
What payment method can I use?
Credit card via the website
Can I return my unused products?
Yes, If the packaging is unopened and if the product is not discontinued + shipping costs at your expense
What is the after-sale procedure?
Complete the after-sale form after downloading it from our website and return it to us.
What happens if my order is incomplete or if a product is damaged ?
Your packages must be checked in the presence of the delivery person. In case of anomalies or abnormal condition, we advise you to refuse the delivery. Any delivery that does not contain reservations cannot be covered by Girard Sudron.
How long is the equipment warranty?
Depending on products, the warranty duration is specified on the product data sheet.
What are the Store / showroom opening hours?
Monday to Friday 8:30 to 12:30 a.m. and from 1:30 to 5 p.m. except Friday closing at 4 p.m.
